Accessible via the web or app, BuildingLink is our portal for work orders, package tracking, resident contact information, reserving amenities, and archived documents. Username and access provided by Action Property Management.

Resident Portal
Accessible via the web or app, the Resident Portal/SnapHOA provides owners with access to monthly dues statements and payment methods, board meeting minutes, and reconstruction updates. Username and access provided by Action Property Management.

Public Website
A marketing website that has been in use since 2008.  

Infinity Wiki
This community-run wiki is accessible to all residents, but focuses largely on condo maintenance, appliances, renovations, vendors, and DIY projects in our community. Anyone can edit it and add information!

Google Groups

The Infinity’s three resident-run Google groups foster communication among residents, owners, and parents. To subscribe to any of the groups below, email the management team at InfinityManagement@actionlife.com with your unit number, your full name, your status as owner or renter, and the email address you wish to use for posting and receiving group messages. Management will verify your eligibility and pass on your subscription request to the group administrator(s). Note however that management team members are not members of these groups and do not monitor the groups.

Residents’ Group

Known as TheInfinityResidents, this Google group for residents (and non-resident owners) operates as a mailing list and allows neighbors to share news and information, offer items for sale, and discuss topics relevant to Infinity residents.

Owners’ Group

Known as TheInfinityOwners, this Google group for owners (and their immediate relatives) operates as a mailing list and specifically focuses on ownership concerns including renovations and upgrades to appliances and fixtures, HOA-related discussions, and other topics relevant to Infinity owners. Anyone who joins TheInfinityOwners will be added to TheInfinityResidents as well.

Parents’ Group

Known as TheInfinityParents, this Google group is a place where Infinity households with kids can connect and chat about all the things that matter to them.
